Comedian Omid Djalili challenges the nation to make him laugh as he goes in search of Britain’s best comic.

Omid has teamed up with Lounges.tva revolutionary first-time creator-backed streaming platform backed by Simon Cowell, which will change the game for new talent with the launch of Showcase.

Now available on the Lounges.tv app and online, Showcase introduces an exciting new way to find and reward talent.

Having previously hunted down the UK’s biggest solo rap star and also footballers, Showcase has now launched its latest talent search: Best Stand Up Comedian – Make Me Laugh in 3 Minutes.

The winner of this stand-up competition will earn a coveted spot in an InterTalent Management contract and a special guest spot on one of Omid’s upcoming shows.

The challenge opens on Friday the 22nd and invites contestants to showcase their best jokes and comedic skills within three minutes.
