During a roundtable discussion with TV actors, Rupali Ganguly admitted that she hasn’t spoken to her co-star in two years while shooting a show.

Anupamaa actress Rupali Ganguly has been in the headlines for the legal battle with his stepdaughter Esha Verma. Now Rupali has made an interesting revelation. During a roundtable discussion with TV actors, Rupali admitted that she hasn’t spoken to her co-star in two years while shooting for a show. The actress was joined by Shivangi Joshi, Samridhii Shukla, Anita Raaj and Reem Shaikh as they discussed their journey and dynamics between co-stars in a daily soap.

It all started when Reem Shaikh emphasized how a lasting relationship is formed when actors spend quality time together while working on a show. Reem later added that while this is a possible case, television actors don’t always share a friendly bond.

“Sometimes you also don’t get along with your co-stars,” Reem said.

Rupali agreed to this and admitted, “I have shot an entire series for two years, without talking to the co-actor and I will be obsessed with him.”

Although the actress did not reveal any names, earlier reports suggested that she did not share a camaraderie with her Anupamaa co-stars Sudhanshu Pandey and Gaurav Khanna. While they appeared cordial on social media, rumors of their tiff surfaced for a long time. After Anupamaa’s time leap in October, Sudhanshu Pandey announced his exit from the show, and Gaurav Khanna also quit.

Coming back to Rupali Ganguly, she is currently undergoing a legal battle with her stepdaughter Esha Verma. Her husband’s daughter from his first marriage alleged that Rupali abused both her and her mother physically and mentally. Following this, Rupali issued a Rs 50 million defamation notice against Esha Verma for attacking her character.

Interestingly, Rupali’s former co-star Sudhanshu reacted to the controversy, during an interview with News 18, earlier this month. While he refused to go into details, saying it was their personal matter, he offered support to Rupali. He expressed that everyone goes through tough days and that “God is always there to help”.
