Sidian Bank has advertised several entry-level and management positions across the country.

The lender invited applications from suitable candidates to fill over 20 vacancies. Candidates were requested to apply online through its portal.

Sidian Bank warned applicants against paying recruitment fees and noted that the process was free and fair.

“Sidian Bank does not charge any fee at any stage of the recruitment process. Our official HR email is [email protected],” it said.

Answering the interview question “best candidate”.

Career development expert Simon Ingari explained how to answer the question “Why do you think you are the best candidate?” in interviews.

To talk to TUKO.co.ke, Ingari said the interviewer expects job seekers to tell them about their professional accomplishments and the unique skills they possess.

“The recruiter expects you to tell them about your professional achievements and the unique skills you possess that will add value to the organization. If you are a customer service graduate, you should tell them that you are a good listener and patient; these are qualities that the employer is looking for,” he emphasized.

What other institutions hired?

The Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) and Cooperative Bank invited applications for several vacancies in November 2024.

Meanwhile, the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has declared 109 paid internships vacant for diploma and bachelor’s degrees, with a deadline of Friday, November 22.
