Russia-Ukraine war: NATO, Ukraine meet over Russian missile attack

Russia says the use of a new hypersonic missile strike against Ukraine was President Vladimir Putin’s warning to the West that Moscow will respond to their “reckless” actions in support of Ukraine. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov says Russia had “no doubt” that the United States had understood Putin’s warning. At the same time, Ukraine’s defense minister says that Kyiv will respond to the ballistic missile attack. The latest missile attack by Russia has prompted Kiev to arrange a meeting with NATO. Ambassadors from countries in the NATO-Ukraine Council will hold talks on the situation on November 26. Megumi Lim reports from Kyiv.
