MONROE, La. (KNOE) – If you’re looking for a furry friend but can’t make a long-term commitment, consider fostering a pet.

Amber Meeves with River Cities Humane Society for Cats joined Good Morning ArkLaMiss to talk about Moonstone and Emerald – two sweet kittens in need of a temporary home.

“They’re looking for a foster home to hang out for a couple of weeks, just while they get a little bigger, a little more acclimatized. You know, because they’re pretty small right now so they need somewhere to hang out and get normal kitten size,” Meeves explained.

Moonstone and Emerald are about six weeks old.
