International Criminal Court (ICC) judges issue arrest warrants for Israel’s prime minister and former defense minister, as well as the military commander of Hamas.

A statement said the pre-trial chamber rejects Israel’s appeal to the court as it issues orders to Benjamin Netanyahu and former Israeli defense minister Yoav Gallant.

They also issue an arrest warrant for Mohammed Deif who is the leader of Hamas. Although the Israeli military says they are not dying from an airstrike on Gaza in July.

Di judges say “reasonable grounds” they say three men face “criminal responsibility” for alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity during the war between Israel and Hamas.

Both Israel and Hamas do not deny these accusations.

Now, going by the ICC 124 member states, we do not include Israel or the US, to decide whether to enforce judgments or not.

For May, ICC prosecutor Karim Khan bin is seeking arrest warrants for Netanyahu, Gallant, Deif and two Hamas leaders who have since died – Ismail Haniyeh and Yahya Sinwar.

Although Israel believes, Deif also says don’t die but di chamber says e no dey can confess me dead.

An indictment against them includes events on October 7, 2023, when Hamas gunmen attacked southern Israel, killing around 1,200 Pipo and also taking 251 Odas back to Gaza as hostages.

Israel bin responded to the attack by launching a military campaign to get Hamas, and at least 44,000 dead for Gaza, according to the Hamas-run health ministry tok.

Khan accuses di Hamas leaders of crimes against humanity and war crimes, including the killing of a group of pipo, murder, hostage-taking, rape and torture.

For the Israeli leaders, the charges include deliberate attacks on civilians, and the use of starvation as a weapon of war, as well as the killing of a group of pipo and murder.
