If you know me in real life, you know I’m obsessed with Hailey Bieber. Her husband does nothing for me (sorry, Justin), but when it comes to his better half’s choices, I’m all ears. Whether it’s her hairstyles, the manicures she gets, the clothes she wears or beauty products she is obsessed with, you can bet your bottom dollar that I pay attention to what she says. Her latest obsession? The Beauty Pie Rose Quartz Eye Mask ($92).

In a recent interview with GlamorBieber talks about how she’s been using the rose quartz eye mask after doing her skin care routine. “I love anything cool, de-icing … and it’s obviously helping with tired, sleepy eyes right now,” she says. “You put the mask over your eyes. It feels so good because you have the weight of the crystal and then it’s cold and it’s just, oh my, it’s such an experience.”

I haven’t given birth recently or anything, but I’ve been losing my mind every other day, just trying to live my regular old normal life. I’m stressed at work, I’m talking to my ex-boyfriend again, and I’m on the verge of having a mentee-b once an hour. If anyone needs to de-stress and compress, it’s me.

Keep scrolling to read my full review of the eye mask and find out if it helped heal my entire life—or at least my puffy eyes.

What I like about Beauty Pie Reviving Rose Quartz Eye Mask

As I’m sure you’ve guessed from my ranting and raving, I’m stressed. I feel like I’ve been riding non-stop for the past few months, and there’s nothing I need more than a damn break. It’s hard to build time into my schedule to just relax and unwind (who has free time when you’re 34, single and want to get married yesterday?), but when I do find an extra second, Beauty Pie Reviving Rose Quartz Eye Mask is usually stuck on my face.

It’s the perfect weight – it’s not for heavy, but it’s heavy enough that I can feel its soothing presence. It doesn’t require me to do anything; it’s not like any of my other fancy tools that involve a lot of poking, poking, sliding, or sliding. All I have to do is lay down and put it on top of my face.

Does it dispel negative energy? Probably not, because I got an email from my dad last week. Does it cure all my woes? I’m still in love with my ex-boyfriend, so that’s a no, too, but it definitely counts.

How to use Beauty Pie Reviving Rose Quartz Eye Mask

Using this mask is quite simple. The brand recommends lying down and placing it over your eyes, then staying in that position for as long as you like (responsibly!). It also suggests putting it in the fridge first if you want it extra cold.

I like to always keep my mask in the fridge. It didn’t come with any kind of bag to store it in, so I just put it in the box it came in and store the whole thing in my fridge. At the end of the day, after showering and doing my nighttime skincare routine, I take it out of the fridge, jump into bed, and turn on my Spotify playlist like the aptly named “Kinda Sleepy, Kinda Sad.” From there I put the mask over my eyes and either do parts (a form of therapy that I hope will heal all my childhood traumas), or think about all the people who have hurt me and how I can get revenge. (Of course, one option calms me more than the other._ I usually leave the mask on my nightstand overnight and then I put it back in the fridge when I wake up in the morning.

If I really feel like going all-out in the self-care department, I put on a sheet mask first and then I put the rose quartz mask on top of that. Who needs a spa day when you have this kind of luxury at home? Who needs a spa day when you have this kind of luxury at home?

To wash it (which I do every other time I use it), you just need some warm soapy water.

What you should consider before trying Beauty Pie Reviving Rose Quartz Eye Mask

One thing to keep in mind before purchasing this product is that it does not have a strap. It’s not meant to be worn while walking around (you wouldn’t be able to see anything anyway), but you can’t wear it sitting down either. I found this a little annoying at first, but it turns out that forcing myself to walk horizontally a few times during the day when I’m feeling stressed isn’t the worst idea.
