Love is blind star Nick Dorka can have a type! The Season 7 star slipped in Love is blind alum Micah Lussier’s DMs on Instagram and he seems to send the message before he broke up with Hannah Giles aired on Netflix.

“Yesterday I was scrolling through (my social media). I don’t know if you guys do this, but I don’t read through any of my DMs except the ones in my primary, and my social media assistant, and my assistant, like they put things in front of me in my primary that’s important,” Micah, 28, said during the Thursday, Oct. 25, episode of “The Viall files” podcast. “So, I’m looking through for some reason and I see a blue box and I’m like, ‘Oh, I wonder why this wasn’t moved.’ And that was Nick.”

She continued, “He slid into my DMs and was like, ‘I’ve had the biggest crush on you for so long.’ And that was like a month ago. I thought, “I could have sent this man out.”

While the former Perfect match star admitted she hadn’t responded “yet,” saying Nick, 29, “seemed like a great guy.”

When Micah was asked if she was in love with Nick, she paused before saying that she would probably answer to be nice.

“I don’t know (how to answer him). I think I’ll just answer, like, ‘You shot your shot, good for you. Hope to see you sometime,'” Micah explained.

Micah also touched on some of the comparisons she’s seen viewers make between her and Hannah, 27.

“I actually got sent some TikToks that were people talking about comparisons between (Hannah) and me, and I saw a lot of things that were like, ‘Oh, Hannah was hoping to get the Micah edit,'” said. “I thought, ‘I don’t think anyone was hoping to get that edit.’

She added that she has seen a “bit” of the comparisons, but said: “I think her story was just different than mine. I think maybe she gets the mean girl thing too.”

During Micah’s season of Love is blindshe was quickly labeled as the mean girl after cameras caught her and her co-stars Irina Solomonova make snarky comments about their fellow contestants. When fans first started calling Micah out for her behavior, she fell down.

“I mean, you know what? It was,” Micah said Us Weekly just before her season off Love is blind premiered in March 2023. What (Irina) did for me was make me laugh and reminded me of who I am (and) that I like to laugh. I like to joke. This is a really serious situation, but I don’t need to be unhappy. Like, I can have some fun and she gave it to me, and for that I don’t regret it.”

But since then, both she and Irina, 27, have apologized for how they acted.

Hannah has had a blast for her treatment of Nick throughout Love is blind season 7, but she claimed that Nick “let” her talk to him “horribly.”

Fans will get to see where Nick and Hannah stand after the breakup when the Season 7 reunion hits Netflix on October 30.
