iQoo 13 launch: iQoo is all set to unveil its new iQoo 13 series in China on October 30, as confirmed by the company after the Snapdragon Summit, where it was revealed that the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset will power the smartphone.

The Indian market won’t have to wait long either. iQoo India has announced that the iQoo 13 is coming to India soon, available for purchase via Amazon and iQoo India’s online store.

However, Realme is expected to be the first to release a Snapdragon 8 Elite-powered phone in India, likely in mid-November, positioning the launch of the iQoo 13 for later in the year, possibly in November or December.

Why is iQoo 13’s camera unique?

The iQoo 13 comes with a rear camera panel with a unique ‘Halo’ ring light. At the price point, this feature ensures that the iQoo 13 stands out from the crowd when it comes to camera modules. Users can choose to enable or disable the halo light as they wish.

iQoo 13 specifications

The iQoo 13 will boast a 6150mAh third-generation silicon battery, a significant step up from the 5000mAh battery in its predecessor, the iQoo 12. This larger battery is paired with a lighter, thinner design, maintaining a focus on portability without compromise with the current. . The device will continue to offer 120W fast charging, although there is no mention of wireless charging yet.

For gaming enthusiasts, iQoo has equipped the device with its proprietary Q2 gaming chip, which can deliver PC-level 2K super resolution and up to 144 FPS for smooth gaming. The smartphone will also feature advanced cooling technology, including multi-layer graphene and a 7K ultra-large area VC heat spreader.

The screen is another highlight, with iQoo teaming up with BOE to deliver a 6.82-inch 2K+ 144Hz flat screen. This display supports ultra-slim bezels and features the world’s first OLED circularly polarized light technology for eye protection.

In terms of aesthetics, the iQoo 13 will come in several color variants, including Isle of Man Green, White Legendary Edition, Black Racetrack and Grey.

Other key features include dual speakers, a powerful 1016H motor, an ultrasonic fingerprint reader and an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.
