Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools spokeswoman Amanda Lehmert said the school was placed on lockdown, but the lockdown ended when no weapons were found on campus.

Early Tuesday, a dozen police and deputy vehicles with their lights flashing were seen in the school parking lot as officers got out of their cars and moved toward the school.
