Analysts lift WiseTech shares as Richard White moves into consulting role

Analysts are hinting that WiseTech Global will live up to its record of delivering reliable profit growth, with shares rising on the board’s decision to retain founder Richard White as part of the company in an advisory role.

Shares of the logistics software giant rose 13.7 percent to $113 on Friday. Mr White resigns as CEO following accusations of bullying and inappropriate behavior. He will bid farewell to the title of founding CEO before returning to a new role focused on product and business development.
