Loose Women’s Coleen Nolan announces big family news

Free women star Coleen Nolan has announced some big family news, with the panelist confirming that her son has welcomed a boy.

The presenter announced the news during Thursday’s (November 21) episode of Free womenwith the star confirming her son Jake Roche has welcomed a child with partner Georgia.

Jake, who is part of the band Rixton, has yet to announce the news via his own social media channels, although he did announce via Instagram last week that he had to reschedule some of his tour dates.

“Due to an unexpected but exciting family development, I have decided to reschedule my upcoming November shows – 21/22/23,” he wrote. “My partner and I are expecting our little one around that time (sooner than we thought).

“I want to be fully present to support her and our growing family. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Here’s to the future of Nepo babies,” he continued.

Coleen, who first appeared on Free women 2000, had previously told of her excitement at becoming a grandmother in a column with The mirror (via The sun) details of the gender reveal party.

“I can finally reveal that I will be a grandmother again, because they are expecting a baby at the end of the year,” she said. “Last Saturday a few of us gathered at my house for the gender reveal and, just like I said, ‘I think it’s a boy.’

“Jake released the confetti gun and turned the living room blue. I couldn’t be more thrilled to have a grandchild, she added.

Coleen and Jake shared a photo in September celebrating his birthday, and Coleen signed off Instagram: “Happy birthday @jakeroche I love you more every day!! Always ”

“We need new pics love you. Thanks for squeezing me out xx” Jake wrote in response, with several fans and followers reacting warmly to the post.
