Gisele Bundchen takes some time to reflect.

On Thursday, Nov. 21, the pregnant supermodel, 44, opened up about the possibility of choosing her own life path on Instagram after news was revealed last month that she is expecting her third childher first with boyfriend Joaquim Valente. The soon-to-be mother of three shared a photo of herself enjoying a drink by the water and reading a book.

“There is no guide to life, no perfect roadmap to follow,” she wrote in her caption. “But remember, everything you are is a choice! Feeling good, being healthy, and cultivating a positive mindset are daily choices that only you can commit to.”

“Each day brings the opportunity to choose habits that nourish your body, lift your soul, and guide you toward the life you truly want to live. ,” she continued, also writing her caption in her native Portuguese.

Bündchen is already mother to daughters Vivian Lake, 11, and Benjamin Rein, 14, whom she shares with ex-husband Tom Brady.

On Wednesday, November 13, Bünchden shared her first post on Instagram since the news of her pregnancy was announced. She attended the Lotus House Gala and posted photos and videos on her social media.

The mom-to-be could be seen wearing a high-necked tight black dress, which highlighted her baby bump. She also included a video of herself on stage watching a presentation with her back to the audience.

Last month, a source told PEOPLE exclusively which Bündchen is “excited” about her third pregnancy.

The source said the supermodel is doing well with the pregnancy. Bündchen hasn’t shared the baby’s gender because she doesn’t plan to find out for herself until the baby is born, the source told PEOPLE, adding that Bündchen is several months along and plans to welcome her baby home.

“Gisele is very happy in Miami,” the source said. “She enjoys her life there. Everyone does.”
