Russia, Serbia agree to prepare joint oil transport infrastructure – Business & Economy

ST. PETERSBURG, November 21. /PAW/. Russia and Serbia have agreed to prepare joint oil transportation infrastructure on the territory of Serbia, Russian Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov told reporters after signing the joint cooperation agreement between oil and gas companies of two countries.

“The memorandum on cooperation between major oil and gas companies of Russia and Serbia was made, which will become the basis for creating and servicing oil transportation infrastructure in the territory of Serbia,” the minister said.

Russia is ready to help Serbia build an oil pipeline through Hungary to the Druzhba oil pipeline, said Vice President of Russian Oil Pipeline Operator Vladimir Kalanda.
