Country music’s Mr. Nice Guy, Garth Brooksfighting for his personal and professional life after a shocking lawsuit filed by a friend of his wife Trisha Yearwood accusing the superstar singer of rape.

IN explosive accusationsthe friend and makeup artist, whose identity is being withheld, claimed the 62-year-old cowboy king, married to singer Yearwood, 60, since 2005, raped her in a California hotel room five years ago after tormenting her for sex more than three years ago .

Brooks blasted the woman’s allegations – which she says took place while she worked for him from 2017 to 2020 – as an outrageous blackmail attempt, insisting it’s “behavior I’m not capable of”.

Now battle lines are being drawn in Nashville as woman identified as Jane Roe in the 27-page lawsuit filed in an LA court, Brooks further accused her of trying to suppress the truth by seeking a court order against her before she filed suit.

In his complaint, Roe argued Friends in low places the star raped her, exposed himself, talked openly about sex and his fantasies, changed clothes in front of her and sent sexually explicit text messages – all during 2019.

“Brooks took what he saw as an opportunity to expose a female employee to a side of Brooks that he hides from the public,” her lawsuit claimed.

“This side of Brooks believes he is entitled to sexual satisfaction whenever he wants it, and uses one female employee getting it is fair game.”

Roe insisted that she “couldn’t escape the physical dominance of the burly, 6-foot, 200-plus-pound former college javelin thrower and assault “was painful and traumatic.”

“When Brooks was finished… with cold disregard for Ms. Roe… it was business as usual,” her suit claimed.

“Ms Roe worked quickly to style hair and make-up for the event so he was on time.”

After that attack, she claimed, “Brooks increased the frequency of saying his sexual fantasies about her out loud, along with his physical groping of her breasts while she was doing his hair and makeup.”

In October 2019, Roe claims Brooks again tried to rape her, but stopped because he had to leave for a meeting.

She also claimed that Brooks bragged about bedding girls, of different races, in hotel rooms and wanted “a triangle” with Yearwood, who she thought overheard his comments.

In May 2020, Roe claimed that Brooks made comments to her in front of Yearwood about “inventing a shampoo bottle that would double as a dildo.”

Yearwood has not commented on the allegations, but Brooks previously filed an anonymous lawsuit accusing Roe of threatening to publish “lies and tragic stories about what my future would be like if I didn’t write a multi-million dollar check.”

He said he refused to pay”hush money” because “it means that I admit behavior that I am not capable of ugly acts that no human being should ever do to another person.”
