Spider-Man 4starring Tom Holland, will hit theaters in 2026.

According to Amount, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings director Destin Daniel Cretton is co-directing the currently untitled Spidey film and it will be released on 24 July 2026.

This means Spider-Man 4 will premiere less than two months after Avengers: Judgment Day lands in theaters worldwide on May 1, 2026. This is similar to how Spider-Man: Far From Home was released two months after Avengers: Endgame.

Cretton was originally slated to direct the next Avengers film but announced late last year that he was leaving the sequel to work on other Marvel projects.

Tom Holland will return as Peter Parker after the events of 2021 Spider-Man: No Way Homewhere he came face to face (face to face) with Multiverse variants of himself played by Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield.

Holland revealed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon this week that there’s a “crazy” idea at the center of Spider-Man’s fourth cinematic outing in the MCU.

“It’s happening. Next summer we start shooting, everything is good to go, we’re almost there, super exciting. I can’t wait,” he told Fallon.

While Holland has yet to reveal any details about the sequel, he told Fallon that both himself and co-star Zendaya were “bouncing around the living room” while reading the script.

Holland also has another big movie role on the horizon, as it was announced this week that he will star with Matt Damon in director Christopher Nolan’s mysterious new project for Universal Pictures.

Spider-Man 4 will be released on July 24, 2026. Spider-Man: No Way Home available to buy now at Prime Video, iTunes, Microsoft Store and other digital retailers.
