Says military bases in Ilam, Khuzestan and Tehran provinces were targeted but air defense limited damage caused by strikes

Dubai: IranThe military said early Saturday that Israeli strikes against the country targeted military bases in Ilam, Khuzestan and Tehran provinces, causing “limited damage”.

The statement from Iran’s armed forces was read on state television, which did not show any images of the described injuries.

Iran’s military claimed its air defenses limited the damage of the attacks, without providing further evidence.

Israel said it launched attacks on missile manufacturing facilities and other locations in the country.
