1. Mix with wheat flour:

Maize flour (makki ka atta) is not as sticky as wheat flour, making it difficult to knead and roll into rotis. To solve this, mix half a cup of wheat flour with every two cups of cornmeal. Avoid adding too much wheat flour as it can overpower the flavor of the corn flour. You can also add a pinch of turmeric to give the rotis a vibrant color.

2. Use warm water:

Always knead the dough with warm water instead of cold water. This helps bind the dough better and keeps it soft. After kneading, let the dough rest for a while before making the rotis.

3. Add ghee or oil:

Add a tablespoon of oil or ghee while kneading. This helps to soften the dough and prevents it from breaking when rolled.

4. Roll gently:
