President-elect Donald Trump previously said he would be inclined to release Epstein files — The legal document in connection with the Jeffrey Epstein trials. Trump confidante and DOGE co-head Elon Musk shared a post saying: “The people want the Diddy & Epstein files” – adding a “yes” from his side showing full support for the growing MAGA demand to pursue both sexual assault cases to the end.

Several high-profile names appeared in Epstein’s court documents, including Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Stephen Hawking and Leonardo DiCaprio. Epstein pleaded guilty to soliciting prostitution in 2008 and died by suicide in August 2019 in prison. The investigation against him began in 2005 after he was accused of paying a 14-year-old girl for sex. He was arrested in 2006. After the arrest, dozens of underage girls reported similar sexual abuse.

Donald Trump said he distanced himself from Epstein when the investigation began but before that they were close friends. Epstein was a regular at Mar-a-Lago and they “shared” girlfriends. Several such accounts linking Donald Trump and Epstein floated just before the election.
Rapper Sean Diddy is also accused of facilitating prostitution, sex trafficking and sexual extortion. In jail since September, the rapper has been pursuing his third bail appeal and sentencing is pending. Diddy’s trial is set to begin in May 2026. According to reports, the Diddy case also has high-profile links and a list of celebrities who were conduits in Diddy’s sex crimes but none of the names have surfaced so far. The conservatives believe Hollywood’s A-listers threw their weight behind Kamala Harris against Donald Trump to clear their names from the Diddy list.
